About the Role

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a strategic and experienced District Manager in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to lead operations across the University Hospitals Health System. This role focuses on team leadership, client relationship management, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a diverse and high-performing team

Execute strategies to drive business growth across the region

Support succession planning and personnel development

Build and maintain client relationships with hospital system leadership

Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and company policies

Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety programs

Review financials, assess risk, and communicate results to leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

7+ years of management experience in healthcare technology management

Experience within a large healthcare environment

Understanding of cybersecurity solutions for healthcare providers

Strong leadership and business acumen

Ability to mentor and coach employees

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in clinical engineering and HTM leadership

Previous work with large healthcare systems
