About the Role

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Press Production Supervisor to lead a high-volume stamping press team. The ideal candidate will emphasize safety, continuous improvement, and employee development while maintaining production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Champion a safety-first culture and conduct audits

Model servant leadership and develop team members

Train, mentor, and assess operators and technicians

Oversee attendance, conduct, and policy compliance

Supervise stamping press operations to meet production goals

Optimize workflow and machine utilization

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred; all education levels considered

1–3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing

Experience in high-volume stamping press operations

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations

Experience with process improvement initiatives
