Architecture Senior Advisor (0251478)

Lead team of technical staff to design, build, test, and deliver large-scale global software applications, systems, platforms, services or technologies; Work directly with partner IT and business teams, as well as own and drive major deliverables across all aspects of software delivery; Ensure efficient operation of responsible teams through clear articulation of operating mechanics, architecture health metrics and targets, and incident and reporting throughput metrics and targets; Participate in system design, interface design, validation of technology assumptions, and identification of options within the framework of our Agile Release Train (“ARTs”); Participate in Production Support incident management, L2 and L3 support, and monitor and review incidents reported by business teams; Proactively identify and develop training plans for knowledge gaps (technical or business-related) that limit team effectiveness; Continuously drive improvement and optimization through retrospectives, Inspect and Adopt and stakeholder feedback; Manage key components in the Evernorth Web & Mobile apps; Improve the quality of Dental IT deliverables; Drive the adoption of CI/CD tools and support improvement of toolsets/processes; and advise business leaders within Care and Technology matrix partners.

~10% domestic travel required for client and team meetings. Hybrid Work Schedule.

The position requires 5 years of experience in a related occupation. Requires experience with: Designing, developing, and supporting technology decisions within various technologies; Developing RESTful web services; Building applications in multi-tier architecture; Developing and testing application software according to user requirements; Analyzing software requirements to identify right design patterns and software components needs for application development and deployment; and Using: JAVA, .NET, Spring, NODE JS, Angular JS, UI framework, OSS, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Docker, GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, SQL, NoSQL, OAuth, and Akamai.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computers or Engineering.
