Experienced Carpenter / Project Lead

Location: Dayton, TN

Schedule: 1st Shift · Monday–Friday

Pay Range: $20–$30/hour (based on experience w/possibility of raises)

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with project management experience to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and has the ability to lead projects and crews efficiently. For the right candidate, this position offers a clear path into a Supervisor role.

What You’ll Do:

Lead carpentry and construction projects from start to finish

Manage job sites, schedules, and materials

Coordinate and oversee crew members and subcontractors

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings

Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards

Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a carpenter with project or crew leadership experience

Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction

Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects on schedule

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Must have own tools

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
