Salary: PLN 252000 – 300000

Experience: 6 - 10 Years

Visa Required: Valid work permit for Poland

Must Have Skills:

• 6–10 years of experience in frontend development, with strong hands-on expertise in React.js.

• Deep experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, SCSS).

• Strong understanding of React ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Redux / Zustand / React Ǫuery).

• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and frontend performance optimization.

• Hands-on experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.

• Familiarity with build tools and pipelines (Webpack, Vite, Babel, CI/CD).

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum-based development environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Candidate MUST be from Life Science background - Pharmaceutical, Consumer Care, MedTech, Hospitals, Clinics and Health insurance - any of those areas would count as life science experience

Role Overview

The Senior Frontend Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing user-facing applications that power Involead’s AI and analytics solutions.

This role requires a strong combination of hands-on technical expertise in React.js, UI/UX sensibility, performance optimization skills, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, modern frontend architecture, and building seamless user experiences for complex data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development G Architecture

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality frontend applications using React.js and related technologies.

Build reusable components and frontend libraries for consistency and faster development cycles.

Implement modern frontend architecture patterns, ensuring maintainability and extensibility.

Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-performing, responsive interfaces.

Performance, Ǫuality G Best Practices.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and UI issues across devices and platforms.

Follow security, accessibility (WCAG), and usability standards in frontend development.

Collaboration G Integration

Work closely with backend engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphǪL services, and AI/ML- driven backends.

Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and architectural decision- making.

Mentor junior frontend developers and contribute to frontend capability building within the team.
