We do offer all of the proper PPE to work in these conditions./strong/liliGenerous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance./liliEarn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days./lili401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days./liliAdditional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!/li/ulpstrongWhat youll do as a Warehouse Receiver:/strong/pulliExamine condition of product as it arrives from various carriers./liliDocument overages / shorts / damages, expiration dates, product temperature, trailer condition, evidence of pest infestation or product tampering./liliDirect outside carriers and contract unloaders on how to sort and segregate product./liliFollow and maintain product integrity as required by McLane Company standards./liliPrint pallet labels, enter purchase orders into computer and assign doors./liliCover for Receiving Clerk as needed./liliComply effectively with company work and safety rules./liliContinually meet assigned production standards./liliMaintain a quality of work that limits mispicks, shorts and damages./liliFollow directions./liliWork independently and in a team environment./liliBe trained and certified to operate any required equipment within 30 days after hire./liliComply with company attendance policy./liliMaintain a flexible work schedule to meet the changing needs of the Distribution Center; work schedules may require working an early shift, staying long for a late shift, and weekend work depending on the customer and operational requirements of the division./liliWork in warm and cold temperature conditions that may range from 38F to 110F./liliStand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp and reach above the head continuously for a period of two hours or more./liliAbility and willingness to select/load/unload and/or deliver ALL products that may be ordered by our customers./liliOther duties may be assigned./li/ulpstrongQualifications youll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:/strong/pulliAt least 18 years of age./liliHigh School Diploma or GED preferred./liliPreferably have previous receiving experience./liliThis position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
