Job Descriptions
• Design and drafting of mechanical parts of dry etching equipment process chambers and related units
• Mechanical development and design work, research and analysis of improvements to equipment functionality, product evaluation planning and design, testing, evaluation, troubleshooting, BOM creation, and document creation support
Responsibilities
• Engage in the design and development of cutting-edge equipment and related parts, as well as their evaluation and analysis
• You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, from creating design drawings using 3D CAD to mechanical analysis of design equipment, and conducting experiments and verification, to strengthen your skills as a mechanical engineer and perform comprehensive development.
Must Have:
• Key Skills: Design, Modeling and Drafting
• Industry Experience (5-8 Years): Automotive / Semiconductor / Mechanical Engineering
• Practical experience in 2D CAD design/creation (more than 2 years)
• Experience in not only routine tasks but also improvement and enhancement activities as an engineer
• The ideal candidate for this role will be anyone below 35 years of experience. Candidates above this experience level will be rejected.

Additional Guidelines:
• Quest total Employee strength in Japan – 500
• Quest has maintained 10+ yrs relationship with key customers and all their projects are long-term.
• Quest mostly hires N1 and Natives.
• Returning Japanese/N1 from other countries can be sourced.
