Job Title: Fleet Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Columbus, OH

Salary: $20 to $25 per hour

Job Overview:

As a Fleet Manager at Safe and Secure Homecare, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's fleet of vehicles. You will ensure that our vehicles are properly maintained, insured, and operated efficiently to support our homecare services.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures

- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure fleet is in optimal condition

- Monitor and track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs

- Manage vehicle insurance coverage and claims

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Supervise and train fleet staff members

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

- Analyze data and provide reports on fleet performance and cost efficiency

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role

- Knowledge of fleet management software and systems

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Valid driver's license

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in fleet management is a plus
