Lead and oversee self-perform crews across concrete, carpentry, demolition, and structural scopes
Plan and coordinate daily manpower, equipment, materials, and work activities
Enforce rigorous safety standards and ensure full regulatory compliance
Partner with Project Managers to align field operations with schedule and budget
Interpret drawings, sequence work, and resolve field issues proactively
Manage quality control, inspections, and project documentation
Develop strong working relationships with crews, subcontractors, and internal teams

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience supervising self-perform work in commercial or industrial construction
Strong technical expertise in concrete, carpentry, or structural scopes
Demonstrated ability to lead crews, drive productivity, and maintain a safe jobsite
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in reading drawings, planning work, and managing multiple tasks concurrently
Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship
