Assistant Culinary Manager
Join our dynamic culinary team at Brays Island Plantation! We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Culinary Manager to oversee kitchen operations in our upscale community. You will play a pivotal role in managing a team that serves a variety of food and beverage functions, including casual dining at our clubhouse and elegant dining at our Inn.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director with all culinary operations
Supervise kitchen staff and training
Manage scheduling and inventory
Ensure high standards of food quality and service
Make independent decisions to enhance kitchen efficiency
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Confident in culinary skills and decision-making
Highly organized with the ability to adjust to varying schedules
Proven management experience with a background in food and beverage
