Job Overview:

Our large healthcare client is looking for two Ambulatory Access Optimization Specialists to join their team for a 6-month, contract to hire position. The organization is going through an enterprise wide access transformation project, where you will assist in their goal to redesign all access-related components of their business inclusing provider templates, referrals, scheduling, and many others.

Responsbilities:

Task-oriented execution

This includes intaking requests via ServiceNow, updating provider templates, managing access related queus, closing tickets and documenting outcomes.

Gap identification

Partnering with informatics and the EMR education team to identify access bottlenecks or gaps related to workflow changes or training and re-education

Reporting

Maintaining and monitoring access dashboards. This includes flagging non-standard templates or workflows, tracking referral volumes, utilization, no-shows/cancellations, and more.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an access, scheduling, or template heavy environments.

Strong organization and analytical skills
