Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Columbus, OH

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager at Safe and Secure Homecare, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing human resource policies, managing recruitment and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will be responsible for supporting organizational goals through strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions

- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support organizational goals

- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters

- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- 5+ years of experience in human resources management

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and leadership

- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per year
