Our small team takes immense pride in transforming our clients' dreams into reality through our construction management services, accountability, and meticulous execution. As a Lead Remodeler at R.R. Isler Construction, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the success of various remodeling projects and creating spaces that leave a lasting impression.

Job Responsibilities:

Promote confidence and the highest level of industry service to customers, subcontractors, vendors, teammates, acquaintances, and self.

Collaborate with the project management team to understand project requirements and timelines.

Ability to perform hands-on work while supervising crews and subcontractors.

Execute remodeling tasks such as jobsite protection, demo, layout, interior framing, drywall, trim work, cabinetry installation, finish hardware and accessories installation.

Execute project punchout work and manage warranty services for past clients.

Assist Project Manager with coordination of work and supervising subcontractors and vendors

Assist Project Managers with quality assurance and quality control process.

Assist Project Manager with overseeing building inspections.

Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently to achieve precise results.

Work with other team members to ensure seamless coordination on job sites.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure clear understanding of project goals.

Contribute positively to a team-driven culture.

Exhibit a strong commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every project.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Remodeler in residential remodeling projects.

Proficiency in carpentry techniques, including framing, finish work, and cabinetry installation.

Proficiency in handyman tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, drywall, painting, etc.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Possess a comprehensive understanding of building codes and safety regulations.

Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering precise and accurate work.

Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience (5+ years) working with residential remodeling companies, self-employment, or general contractors.

Basic knowledge of other construction trades, such as electrical, mechanical, framing, roofing, flooring, etc.

OSHA certification or other relevant safety training a plus.
