Lead Maintenance Technician

HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Lead in the Manufacturing industry in West Middlesex, PA!

Pay: $33.23-$34.95/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends

Location: West Middlesex, PA

About the Role

This role supports daily maintenance operations by assigning work, leading maintenance staff, and performing hands-on maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.

Job Responsibilities

Assign and support daily maintenance work orders and priorities

Train, coach, and develop maintenance staff on safe work practices

Perform and assist with planned, unplanned, and emergency maintenance and repairs

Support equipment installations and continuous improvement efforts

Assist with MRO parts purchasing, forecasting, and inventory control

Partner with operations to troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime

Ensure all maintenance work is properly documented and compliant

Maintain GMP, food safety, quality, and safety standards

Communicate effectively with operations, management, and other departments

Provide coverage for other maintenance team members as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred

4+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC/HMI, and HVAC systems

Prior team leadership or lead-level experience preferred

Ability to read wiring diagrams, drawings, and technical documentation

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills

Basic computer skills and ability to operate forklifts

Must be able to read, write, and speak English
