Sales Manager - ON SITE (Relocation Offered)

This is a M-F position onsite in August,GA with up to 10% travel!

MUST BE NEAR AUGUSTA GA OR open to relocating! (We do offer relocation)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the food manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in protein sales, specifically in meat and seafood, and will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives

Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the food manufacturing industry

Identify new market opportunities and enhance the company's presence in the protein sector

Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the food industry

Strong knowledge of meat, seafood, and protein products

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team

Strategic thinker with analytical skills

Willingness to relocate for the position
