Job Description

Assist in managing daily onsite construction activities

Maintain project schedule and control costs

Proactively identify and resolve issues with minimal oversight

Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and regulations

Coordinate subcontractors and internal team members

Organize and maintain project documentation (subcontracts, permits, drawings)

Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and inspection authorities

Uphold company standards for quality and safety across all operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

3-5+ years of experience in onsite construction management

Ground-up project experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with large-scale projects; multifamily experience is a plus

Proficiency with construction technology and software (Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work onsite full-time and manage a fast-paced schedule
