Make up to $73,000 per year (eligible for bonuses & overtime) - Depending on Experience & Location.

Supporting the General Manager with daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company standards

Ensuring the safety of our guests and team members

Fostering a positive work environment

Developing the team to their full potential

Accomplishing financial objectives including sales growth, cost management, profit growth, cost control and quality control

Conducting strong interviews and attracting high quality candidates

Inspiring and motivating the team to grow

What You Need:

2 years' minimum supervisory experience in food service - preferably fast-casual

Possess basic math and accounting skills

Excellent communication and people skills
