Senior Project Manager

Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a global biopharma company to support their Capex portfolio.

This position is based in Dallas, TX and will require you to be on site 5 days a week managing a key project from design through to completion in around 18 months.

Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive project management plan that includes schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Monitor risks throughout the project and take proactive measures to address them.

Establish governance structures and processes to make decisions and provide oversight.

Establish a change control process to capture and assess proposed changes.

Review changes for their impact on scope, schedule, and budget.

Execute the project plan while involving key stakeholders and customers.

Ensure a smooth transition from project completion to operational phase.

Effectively manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring they deliver as per their commitments. Requirements:

Portfolio of completed projects from conceptual design to operation.

Ability to demonstrate projects delivered previously on time and within budget.

Experience in managing projects in excess of $50m
