Maintenance Technician

Position Details * Starting Pay: $23 - $30 per hour (based on skills & experience) * Additional $1 - $2 per hour shift differential for weekends * Location: Randolph, VT * Schedule: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (will include a weekend day) * Full-Time / Direct Hire Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations in our foundry.

This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
