Cloud System Administrator

Description We are looking for an experienced Cloud System Administrator to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting organizational IT needs.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain cloud-based systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Active Directory and Windows Server environments.

- Provide technical support for Windows 10 systems, addressing user issues and system updates.

- Collaborate with teams to implement and support Citrix technologies for enhanced system functionality.

- Perform system upgrades and maintenance on Dell Technologies hardware.

- Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including Cisco devices, to ensure seamless connectivity.

- Utilize AutoCAD software to support design and documentation processes.

- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices for system administration.

- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and procedures.

- Assist in the training of team members on new technologies and system functionalities.

Requirements - Proven experience managing cloud-based systems and infrastructure.

- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server.

- Proficiency in Windows 10 and troubleshooting system issues.

- Hands-on experience with Dell Technologies hardware and Citrix solutions.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD software for design-related tasks.

- Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge of network management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
