Our team is driven by experience but powered by innovation and dedicated to delivering high-quality projects. We are seeking skilled Pipe Foreman/Operator to join our team.

Job Overview: The Pipe Foreman will support the oversight of craft activities to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to construction standards. The Pipe Foreman is responsible for supervising the layout, assembly, and installation of a range of drainpipe sizes and types.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to operate excavator with experience in storm drain/utilities/pipe installation.

Grade and level trenches using laser or transit to ensure proper pipe placement

Provide effective leadership, supervision, and management for a crew who engaged in the installation of storm drain, water, and sewer system pipelines.

Knowledge of site and utility construction practices, including site layout, grading, excavation, installation of above ground and

underground utilities, and storm water drainage structures.

Be able to set the pipe laser up in manhole and establish line

Lay out pipe routes using blueprints and coordinating with crew

Ensure proper slope, alignment, and joint integrity for all pipe systems

Ensure that all production activities meet the company's established quality standards.

Effectively run a pipe crew and manage all day-to-day activities on a site.

Work with the Superintendent to keep the project on track and on schedule.

Maintain equipment clean.

Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experiencein heavy civil construction, underground utility

Proven previous experience in pipe laying, underground utilities, or general construction

Experience with pipe laser setup preferred

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and site drawings

Experience operating an excavator

Proven ability to lead a crew in a fast-paced work environment

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Extensive experience in grading, trenching, and underground utilities

Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Schedule:

Full-Time

Monday to Friday (Every other Saturday or as needed based on project demand)
