Job Title: Functional Payroll
Location: Seattle(WA), Dallas(TX), or St. Louis(MO).

Experience with full end-to-end project lifecycle for Workday payroll solutions.
Ability to analyze complex payroll requirements and design effective solutions.'
Excellent problem-solving and system issue resolution skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
Responsibilities:
Workday Core and Advanced Compensation domains
Gathering requirements, designing, configuring, testing, and implementing solutions
Deep expertise in Workday HCM setup and integrations, with a focus on Payroll.
Experience supporting other Workday modules:

Requirements:
8+ years in Human Capital domain
3+ years of Workday Payroll implementation/support experience
Proven track record as a Payroll Workday Consultant or similar role
In-depth knowledge of:
Workday payroll software
Configuration, workflows, and business rules

Payroll processes
Tax regulations
Compliance requirements
Skilled in Workday configuration tools:
Pay policies
Pay codes
Earnings/deductions setup
