Lab Technician

Staffmark is seeking a Lab Technician to join our client's team in Bentonville!

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys hands-on work that directly supports product testing and quality assurance.

Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 10:30 PM

As a Lab Technician, you'll play a key role in managing samples, performing tests, and ensuring accurate documentation of results.

Responsibilities:

Sample Management: Receive, label, and store samples safely, following strict handling and storage protocols

Testing & Analysis: Identify and perform the necessary tests on samples, adhering to established lab procedures

Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record test results and maintain organized records; report findings to appropriate personnel

Equipment & Records: Maintain logs for equipment use and upkeep, and ensure all records comply with lab standards and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

6+ months of experience in a lab technician role

Familiarity with lab testing methods, equipment, and safety protocols

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures

Ability to operate lab instruments and tools with accuracy

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
