Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated and certified Program Manager to oversee community-based programs focused on substance use disorder (SUD) counseling. The role involves managing a team, ensuring compliance with county contracts, and delivering effective outpatient program management services.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

Provide clinical supervision and leadership to a team of 4 case managers and 30 employees.

Manage reporting and compliance under the SAP-C contract with LA County.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure adherence to program protocols, and maintain budgetary oversight.

Provide oversight in community engagement activities and training, as necessary.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements

Certifications

Certified Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor with Clinical Supervision certification required.

Certified Clinical Counselor and Clinical Supervision Certification.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Minimum of five years' experience in human services or community-based programs focused on alcohol and drug abuse prevention, recovery, and outpatient program management.

Familiarity with LADMH and Medi-Cal is preferred.

Experience in overseeing a team and managing a budget.

Skills

Bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Proficient in SAPC billing procedures and value-based reimbursement models.

Schedule / Shift

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm with potential extended hours on Tuesday and Thursday until 7pm, with the option to start later on those days, maintaining an 8-hour work day.
