Senior Java Engineer - Evergreen

We're partnering with a leading enterprise brand on an ongoing search for a Senior Java Developer to join a fast-moving, agile consulting team.

This is a senior-level hands-on development role where you'll contribute directly to modern, cloud-native systems that deliver real business value.

This role is 100% remote (with a preference for Atlanta-based candidates) and offers the opportunity to work with a premier, mission-driven organization via our consulting practice.

Tech Environment * Java (Spring Boot preferred) * AWS Cloud Infrastructure * Microservices Architecture * Kubernetes (preferred) or other containerization tools * CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices * TDD/unit testing expected * IntelliJ IDEA What We're Looking For * 5+ years of professional software development experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable writing, testing, and owning your code * Experience across startups and/or enterprise environments * Deep familiarity with Agile development practices * U.S.

Citizen or Green Card holder required Responsibilities * First 30-90 days: 70-90% coding, contributing to the codebase and product delivery * Long-term: 100% development-focused * Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering leads, and business stakeholders * Serve as a subject matter expert on modern Java development, architecture, and tooling Milestones * 30 Days: Embedded in the team and actively contributing * 90 Days: Driving delivery of initial projects * 1 Year: Fully ramped and continuing to deliver value across initiatives Why This Role?
