Warehouse Operations Operator

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform cycle counts in bulk and pick aisles to support KDG objectives.

Research and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.

Maintain inventory accuracy in the company's accounting systems and ensure related paperwork is accurate.

Verify item/lot/quantity counts as needed.

Maintain and organize distribution-related documentation in accordance with quality procedures.

Participate in receipt audits and reconciliations.

Support other roles during times of urgency, breaks, absences, or vacations by becoming familiar with their responsibilities.

Experience Required

1+ years of relevant experience required.

Experience with Material Handling Equipment preferred.

Skills & Certifications

Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certification.

Proficiency in operating MHE and using Voice/RF scanners.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Strong reading and interpretation skills for distribution documents.

Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.

General distribution process knowledge.

Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.

Initiative and strong results-oriented mindset.

Eligibilities & qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.

Must meet physical and vision requirements to safely operate in a distribution environment.

Must meet hearing requirements for MHE operation
