Process Tech I-2

To set-up, start-up, troubleshoot and monitor molding machines against established quality specifications and SOP.

**You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities** + Set-up injection molds and related equipment for sample runs and production runs.

+ Monitor gauges, pressures, and temperatures on molding machines.

+ Troubleshoot and correct problem processes.

+ Monitor cycle times and part quality.

+ Document and report mold and/or equipment related problems.

+ Gather recycle materials and take to designated holding areas.

+ Keep work area clean with expected housekeeping.

+ Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks.

+ All other duties as assigned.

**The TOOLS you'll bring with you:** + High School Diploma or GED + 2+ years of specified Molding Technician experience + 2+ years of quality and/or troubleshooting experience in a Molding environment + Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and electronics.
