Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Mobile, AL

Salary: $120k-$140k

Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager with experience on either Industrial or Commercial Projects

This is a full time/ permanent position with a 150-person general contractor specializing in Industrial and commercial construction projects. They are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for a Project Manager who ideally have experience with tilt-up or ground-up projects

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management - planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.

Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.

Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.

Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget

Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

Qualifications:

5+ Years Experience as a Project Manager

Understanding of Construction documents

Excellent planning and problem-solving skills

Experience in projects related to Commercial, Industrial, or related (ground-up / Tilt up projects are preferred)

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
