Salary: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour – based on experience

We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented full-time Housekeeper.

Housekeeper Responsibilities include:

Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights

Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas

Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas

Performs all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor

Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas

Housekeeper Education & Experience:

One year of related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job-training preferred

Able to operate cleaning equipment such as mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc. as required

Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job required
