Target start: 6/22/26 -Ongoing

Shifts available: Days, Nights and Weekends; 12-hour shift, 7pm - 7am (night shifts); Days are either 8h or 10h (10s preferred) & Nights are 12hr Shifts; Sat & Sun (Holidays too); x2 rooms at 12hrs each for day; x1 OB 12hrs day shift; x1 12hrs night shift

Types of Cases: Cardiac, Complete ortho, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic

Supervision or independent: Medically supervised, care team model.

Specific requirements/restrictions: Please refrain from sending providers who are affiliated with Tacoma Anesthesia Associates, Creative Anesthesia Associates & Rainier; OB Experience is essential & helpful if CRNAs have experience w/ Peds Cases too; Must be willing to work Nights; All overtime must be pre-approved by manager; No new grads
