Associate Attorney – Litigation (Houston, TX)

A national litigation defense firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience and a Texas law license. The role includes handling a range of matters such as personal injury, auto/trucking, and premises liability for major clients.

Key Skills

Strong legal research, analysis, and writing

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently or on a team

Knowledge of court procedures

Proficiency with MS Office

Core Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda

Conduct legal research

Take and defend depositions

Prepare case evaluations and client communications

Participate in mediations and court appearances

Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
