Registered Behavior Technician

Wareham Public Schools seeks an RBT to support students with Autism.

Key duties include delivering therapy, data collection, and assisting supervisors.

The role requires patience, ethical conduct, and physical ability for client support.

Core Responsibilities: Implement Treatment Plans: Follow detailed plans from a BCBA to teach skills (communication, social, daily living) and decrease challenging behaviors.

Data Collection: Accurately record client progress and behavior to monitor treatment effectiveness.

Client Support: Provide direct therapy Communication: Keep supervisors and families updated on progress.

Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and supervision.
