We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Logistics Analyst to manage and optimize our supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

This role is pivotal in ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and exceptional service across our logistics network.

Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries across multiple channels * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams * Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation providers to ensure cost-effective solutions * Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics using Excel and other tools * Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction * Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation * Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve service levels Qualifications & Requirements * 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration.

* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). * Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Solid negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

* Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
