STAFF LPN

POSITION SUMMARY: Provides skilled care to patients assigned to a specific patient care unit, under the supervision of a RN. Supports the patient care process by collecting data for assessments and care planning, and by reinforcing patient/family education and other discharge planning and instructions, as delegated and supervised by a RN.

EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Required:

Graduate of an approved program for Practical Nursing. Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in NC.

BLS certification required; recertification required bi-annually.
