As a member of our Clinical Business Development team, you will secure and retain business for QPS through professional, consultative, and proactive sales activities directed at decision-makers and influencers at existing and new clients, as well as sourcing new business.
This position is "home-office" based in the United States and will be focused on late-phase clinical trials, covering the Northeastern United States region.

The Job * Prospect, generate and develop new leads/business opportunities, focusing on our Northeastern US region * Network and relationship-build at senior/decision-maker level across key accounts * Drive sales to closure working in conjunction with Operations * Meet or exceed annual proposal and sales targets as determined by Management * Frequent travel required of up to 50% (conferences, client sites, QPS facilities, etc.) * Ensure continuing commercial momentum by maintaining clear, complete records across CRM, proposals, and contract workflows Work Location * This job will be 100% home-office based (remote). Requirements * Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific discipline or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job.
* Deep experience (multiple years) working with a CRO is required, with demonstrated success prospecting for and closing late phase clinical trial sales - an established book of business for the NE region is strongly preferred * In-depth knowledge of the drug development industry with key contacts and relationships Why You Should Apply QPS offers the scale of a global CRO with the agility of a hands-on partner.
