Job Description

Lead day-to-day on-site operations for commercial and multifamily construction projects from mobilization through closeout.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and per contract documents.

Maintain and enforce site safety programs in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Review plans and specifications to proactively identify constructability issues and field conflicts.

Develop and manage short- and long-term project schedules in coordination with the project management team.

Perform quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets design, code, and owner expectations.

Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress walks with owners, inspectors, and consultants.

Track daily progress, manpower, and site conditions while maintaining accurate field reports and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years experience acting as lead superintendent

Track record of delivering successful commercial or multifammily projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines

Passion for construction
