Provide routine 24-hour on-call nursing support to residences in Massachusetts. Responsible for monitoring medication administration, and on-going health status of program clients. Ensure that programs are compliant with State and Federal regulations regarding health and safety. Communicate health care information to families and./or residential providers. Under the supervision of the RN, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate health care services related to individual needs. Assist and train staff in all areas of medical knowledge.
Education, Experience and Special Skills:
Valid Massachusetts LPN licensure.
One year experience working with persons with developmental disabilities in residential setting preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred.
