QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous service in an Administrator role (Principal, Assistant Principal, Counselor, etc.) required.
(Former Cy Fair Administrator experience preferred.) * Master's degree from a recognized, accredited college or university required; * Valid, appropriate standard administrator certification for the assignment; Instructional Leadership Development; certified training for teacher appraisal or eligible for such preferred; * A minimum of four (4) years of successful experience as a classroom teacher; and * Visionary leadership in administration to work with faculties, families, and communities of the 21st century.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to speak, read, and understand the English language.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Substitutes are employed on an at-will basis and are not considered contractual employees.
SALARY: $200/day - $350/day depending on assignment ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Provide temporary coverage in an administrator position (Principal, Assistant Principal, Counselor, etc.). * Responsible for implementing the District's instructional program and educational philosophy in the subject area or grade level designated, in accordance with district policies, and procedures on a day to day basis.
* Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
