Client Services Advisor

LUXary Travel is seeking a professional, detail oriented Client Services Advisor to support our growing portfolio of curated vacations, group experiences, and luxury getaways. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding clients, organizing details, and delivering exceptional service within a boutique, high touch environment.

This role is structured as an Independent Contractor (1099) with earnings tied to completed client bookings.

About the Role

As a Client Services Advisor, you will help clients navigate the planning process from initial inquiry through final itinerary delivery. You’ll assist with proposals, supplier coordination, client communication, and personalized enhancements that elevate each experience. Your work ensures every trip feels seamless, thoughtful, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for new and returning clients

Assist with gathering trip details, preferences, and special requests

Prepare quotes, proposals, and itinerary outlines

Manage follow ups, timelines, and client progress in the CRM

Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, availability, and upgrades

Support marketing and engagement initiatives as needed

Ensure clients receive attentive, polished service throughout their journey

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Experience with CRM systems or digital tools preferred

Background in hospitality, sales, or customer service is beneficial

Self motivated, reliable, and proactive
