Compensation: $238,368 ($114.60/hour) Up-to-date COVID and annual flu vaccinations; Does the provider require visa support?; At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training); Willing to travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary?; Clean Malpractice/License
