Warehouse Operations Operator

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate various equipment to move materials and products efficiently.

Possibly maintain records related to material movement.

Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within a specific skill area/process/method.

Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks according to prescribed steps.

Work within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods while adhering to quality guidelines.

Work under general to limited supervision.

Experience Required

Zero (0) to one (1) year of warehouse experience or relevant training

Basic skills training in an analytical/scientific method or operational process area (e.g., material handling and management, logistics, manufacturing production)

Skills & Certifications

Effective communication skills

Basic math skills

Ability to operate in a metrics-driven environment.

Record maintenance (if applicable)

Basic analytical/scientific method skills

Effective communication

Adaptability to a metrics-driven environment

Computer proficiency

Eligibilities & qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents in English.

Ability to obtain/maintain appropriate licenses/training/certifications as required.
