Position: Dishwasher

Bullvino's Brazilian Steakhouse is seeking dedicated, dependable Dishwashers to join our fast-paced culinary team. Dishwashers play a crucial role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring a constant flow of clean dishes, cookware, and utensils while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

The ideal candidate works well under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes pride in keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools

Keep dish area and kitchen equipment clean and organized

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen machines and appliances (mixers, stoves, coffee machines, etc.)

Remove trash, rinse garbage cans, and follow waste disposal guidelines

Assist with clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and basic cleaning tasks

Help unload deliveries and organize storage as needed

Follow all food safety procedures and sanitation standards

Support kitchen and service staff with tasks as needed

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift heavy items

Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Reliable transportation to and from work

Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player

Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required

Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures

Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and manage time effectively
