Job Summary

Safely operate collection vehicles in compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.

Provide professional and timely service to residential and commercial customers.

Collect and load waste materials, including containers, bags, and larger items, into the truck as needed.

Operate vehicle controls to lift, empty, and return containers to their proper locations.

Exit the vehicle as required to manually collect or assist with additional waste items.

Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

Maintain accurate route records and communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors.

Demonstrate Granger's Core Four values: Safety, Care, Customer Service, and Profit.

Schedule

Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays)

3:00am - 6:00am start time

Qualifications

Class B CDL with airbrakes

Good driving record

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Ability to work a physically demanding job

Ability to perform physical requirements of position and pass a physical and drug screen including marijuana (pre-employment and random)
