Salary: $45,220.00 to $62,710.00 based on ACCS Board of Trustees Salary Schedule E2 03 and experience The Facilities Specialist supports the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) by coordinating and tracking capital and public works projects to ensure compliance with applicable financial, regulatory, and reporting requirements.

This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting project communication, and assisting with audits, insurance claims, and lease management.

Track capital projects from initiation through completion to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and timelines 2.

Process and manage project request forms for capital projects 3.

Assist with the coordination and administration of public works projects 4.

Maintain all documentation and records required for public works and capital projects 5.

Schedule, attend, and organize project-related meetings, including preparing materials and maintaining records 6.

Maintain and update records related to college leases 7.

Assist with the preparation and processing of insurance claims for the college 8.

Assist with reviewing and updating property listings for insurance certifications 8.

Provide support and documentation to federal, state, and local examiners and auditors as needed 9.

Serve on various college committees as assigned 1.

Assist college vendors as needed 11.

Perform related duties as required to support departmental and institutional operations Education: Associate's degree required.

Substitution: Relevant work experience may be substituted for education at a rate of five years of related experience for one year of education, up to a maximum equivalency of four years.

Experience: Minimum of two years of related work experience required.
