We are seeking a talented, energetic students to join the Maintenance team in our Byhalia, MS location as a Maintenance Co-op.
Duration for this role would be for 16 months (May 2026 - August 2027). Location : 4594 Cayce Rd Byhalia, MS 38611 The hourly pay rate for this salary is between the range $21-$25.
Compensation for this co-op position is determined based on the student's academic program, year of study, relevant work experience, job responsibilities, and work location.

What you will be doing: * Support maintenance function Mechanical, Electrical and PLC Automation.
* AutoCAD and SolidWorks to prepare engineering drawings * Follow up with suppliers * Create SAP parts and PO's * Manage Laser sign printing equipment * Assist in the maintenance, updating and development of the Maintenance Department's Preventative Maintenance Program to minimize unplanned downtime of equipment and assets * Assist the Maintenance Department to administer work orders to ensure that equipment is received for planned preventative maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns * Tracking downtime data to identify root cause and implement corrective actions * Investigate alternative plant improvement options * Assist in tracking project related timelines At the end of your assignment, you will have the opportunity to share information about your experience with other students and with ROCKWOOL management.
