What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly by:

Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment

Troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems

Working both independently and as part of a team alongside maintenance and production staff

Ensuring safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures are strictly followed

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience (mechanical & electrical)

2-year technical degree or equivalent technical training

Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures

Hands-on experience with mechanical power transmission (bearings, gearboxes, spindles, couplings, etc.)

Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment

Electrical troubleshooting skills

Basic welding skills

Knowledge of lubrication techniques and applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Multi-craft certification

Qualified welding certification

Knowledge of NFPA 70E and LOTOTO procedures

Broader mechanical/electrical maintenance experience
