Autonomy Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support operations at an electronics manufacturing facility. In this role, you will assist with the handling, storage, and movement of sensitive electronic components and finished products. Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of electronic components and materials

Organize and store inventory in accordance with company procedures and electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety standards

Pick, pack, and prepare materials and products for internal use and outbound shipments

Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space in compliance with safety and quality standards

Support production teams by delivering components and materials to designated areas

Assist with regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits

Follow ESD handling procedures to prevent damage to sensitive components

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment preferred

Familiarity with ESD protocols and safe handling of electronic components is a plus

Ability to use basic warehouse tools, barcode scanners, and inventory systems

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise documentation

Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Forklift certification is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods

Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly

Manual dexterity for handling small or delicate items

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
