We’re seeking a detail driven, people focused professional to join our team as a Virtual Client Experience Coordinator. In this remote role, you’ll play a key part in creating smooth, positive experiences for clients by managing communication, resolving concerns, and keeping information organized across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients through email, phone, chat, and other online channels

- Deliver friendly, clear support while troubleshooting issues and guiding clients toward solutions

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely updates and accurate follow through

- Maintain organized digital records, including notes, service updates, and client history

- Monitor open items and proactively communicate next steps

- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other virtual administrative tasks

- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and streamline workflows

- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative remote team culture

Skills & Experience

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- A calm, solution oriented approach to problem solving

- Previous customer service or coordination experience is helpful
