Your Role

- Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy

- Clearly explain product and service details in a way customers can easily understand

- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward effective solutions

- Keep customer profiles updated after each interaction

- Stay informed on product updates, service changes, and new features
