Remote Customer Service Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail oriented, people focused professional to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Coordinator. In this fully virtual role, you’ll help create smooth, positive experiences for clients by managing communication, resolving issues, and keeping information organized across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer questions and requests through email, phone, chat, and other online channels

- Provide clear, friendly support while troubleshooting concerns and guiding customers toward solutions

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely updates and accurate follow through

- Keep digital records organized, including notes, service updates, and customer history

- Track progress on open items and proactively communicate next steps to clients

- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other remote administrative tasks

- Look for ways to enhance the customer experience and improve workflow efficiency

- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative remote team environment

Skills & Experience

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent time management and the ability to stay organized while working independently

- Comfortable navigating digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms

- A calm, solution oriented approach to problem solving

- Prior customer service or coordination experience is a plus
